$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install libfile-cache-perl 

libfile-cache-perl is installed in your system.

Make ensure the libfile-cache-perl package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libfile-cache-perl *

You will get with libfile-cache-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
